Order Shipping and Returns

What’s your return policy?

We do not accept returns. We only accept size changes or exchange towards another garment.

When will my order ship and arrive?

All orders will be shipped out within a 48 hour window. You'll be sent a tracking label to give you the arrival date.

Where can I find my tracking?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking info.

Where do you ship?

We ship globally. International orders will cost more due to shipping policies inforced by the shipping companies.

Do you have a ‘gift’ option?

We currently don't have a gift option.

Can I update my address, modify my order or cancel my order after it has been placed?

If you need to make a change, please email us at help@strangersonly.co immediately.

What if my package is lost?

If your package does not arrive please email us with your name and order number at help@strangersonly.co and we will make sure you receive the item(s) you purchased.

How long does an exchange take?

One we receive your item(s) your new item(s) will be sent out within 48 hours.
